Scheduling

Our staff will make every effort to schedule your appointment in a timely, convenient manner. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We strive to complete treatment in one appointment depending on the complexity of your individual case. If you have previously had root canal treatment on the tooth in question, your initial appointment may consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. A complex medical history or treatment plan will require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment.

In order to efficiently address your individual case, please have the following information available when contacting our office:

  • Name of your referring doctor
  • Tooth number or area that you have been referred for
  • Any insurance coverage that you will be using
  • Any medications or health concerns that we should be aware of

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting time. Due to the fact that our practice provides surgical and emergency services, various circumstances may lengthen the allotted time for a procedure. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the initial visit.
